Service, delivery and cancellation terms.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

This page explains the scope, delivery process, payment model, revision rights, cancellation/refund terms and project ownership principles of the digital services offered through PerformanSite.

The services offered by PerformanSite are digital in nature. No physical products are shipped.

1. Scope of service

Every project is carried out based on the scope, package contents or project approval shared in writing at the quote stage.

The core contents of the Site X-Ray, Visibility Only, Landing Page, Growth Website, Brand Website and Systems & Platforms services are described on the Packages page. However, since the technical requirements, content needs, delivery time and additional requests of each project may differ, the final scope is confirmed through the quote, scoping call or written project approval.

Requests for additional pages, additional features, custom integrations, custom design changes, extra revisions, content production, dashboard development, CRM, membership systems, file uploads, payment integrations, or custom workflows that are not explicitly included in the scope are assessed separately and quoted additionally if needed.

2. Process and delivery

The project process generally proceeds through these steps:

  1. Initial call or request form
  2. Clarifying the need and scope
  3. Quote or package approval
  4. Initial payment
  5. Analysis, design or development process
  6. Interim review / feedback
  7. Revision process
  8. Going live or digital delivery

Estimated delivery times:

  • Landing Page projects generally take 1-3 weeks,
  • Growth Website projects generally take 3-5 weeks,
  • Brand Website projects generally take 5-8 weeks.
  • For Systems & Platforms projects, the timeline is confirmed after the scoping call.

These timelines may vary depending on content readiness, the client's feedback turnaround, the volume of revisions, technical infrastructure conditions, domain/hosting access, third-party services and additional requests.

The delivery timeline begins once the required information and materials have been fully provided and the initial payment has been completed.

3. Revision rights

The standard revision rights included in each package are as follows:

  • Landing Page: 1 round of revisions
  • Growth Website: 2 rounds of revisions
  • Brand Website: 4 rounds of revisions
  • Systems & Platforms: determined by the scope proposal

Revisions cover edits, corrections and improvements within the approved scope.

The following requests are treated as additional scope, not revisions:

  • adding a new page,
  • requesting a new feature,
  • switching entirely to a different design direction,
  • rebuilding an approved structure from scratch,
  • a new integration or custom dashboard request,
  • content production not included in the scope,
  • new workflows that change the project's objective.

Additional scope requests may be priced separately.

4. Payment terms

Payments may be accepted via Shopier, a secure payment link, or other payment methods agreed in writing between the parties.

The standard payment model may vary by project type. The general approach is as follows:

  • Site X-Ray: 100% upfront
  • Landing Page: 50% upfront / 50% before launch
  • Growth Website: staged payments at start, interim delivery and before launch
  • Brand Website: 40% upfront / 30% interim delivery / 30% before launch
  • Systems & Platforms: custom milestone-based payment plan

The payment plan is confirmed for each project at the quote or written approval stage.

Going live, file transfer, dashboard access, source file sharing or final delivery may not take place until the final pre-launch payment has been completed.

Tax, invoicing, service fees, commissions and similar financial details are specified separately at the quote or payment stage, depending on the payment method used, the type of client, and applicable regulations.

5. Cancellation and refund terms

PerformanSite's services are prepared according to each client's needs, delivered digitally, and based on labour and time.

For cancellation requests made before a project starts, a refund assessment may take into account payment method commissions and any preparatory costs already incurred.

For cancellation requests made after a project has started, the analysis, planning, design, development, meetings, consultancy, documentation and project management work completed up to that point are treated as part of the service rendered. In this case, the proportion of completed work is deducted and any remaining amount may be refunded.

For analysis- and report-focused services such as Site X-Ray, no refund is given once the report has been delivered or the analysis process has been substantially completed.

For custom-made digital services and services whose performance has started with the client's approval, withdrawal/refund requests are assessed to the extent permitted by applicable law, taking into account the stage the service has reached.

Where a refund is due, it is made, where possible, through the same method the payment was received by. Payment infrastructure commissions, bank processing times and payment provider procedures may affect the refund process.

6. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing, in a timely manner, the information, content, images, brand materials, domain/hosting access, account details, approvals and feedback necessary for the project to proceed smoothly.

Content shared late by the client, missing information, delayed approvals, changing requests, or issues caused by third-party services may extend the delivery timeline.

The accuracy and usage rights of text, images, logos, brand elements, product information, pricing, documents or other content provided by the client remain the client's responsibility.

7. Third-party services

Projects may use domain, hosting, email services, payment infrastructure, analytics tools, form services, AI tools, external APIs, themes/plugins/licences or similar third-party services.

The fees, terms of use, outages, rate limits, approval processes, data processing policies and technical issues of these services are the responsibility of the relevant service provider.

Delays, access issues, price changes, account restrictions or technical faults caused by third-party services may affect the project timeline.

8. Going live and delivery

The project goes live or is delivered digitally once the core work specified in the scope has been completed, client approval has been obtained, and the relevant stages of the payment plan have been completed.

Delivery may take the form of a live site launch, link sharing, dashboard access, file sharing, a report delivery, or another digital output specified in the scope.

After going live, technical fixes and in-scope corrections during the support period included in the package are assessed according to the relevant package terms.

9. Ownership and file transfer

Once payments have been completed and the project has been delivered, the final site files, design outputs and related digital assets produced specifically for the client as part of the project may be transferred to the client.

PerformanSite does not practise vendor lock-in. It is a core principle that the client retains control over their own domain, hosting, content and project outputs.

However, third-party licences, open-source components, theme/plugin licences, external services, stock images, fonts or platform usage rights remain subject to their own licence terms.

PerformanSite reserves the right to reuse general methods, technical know-how, reusable code snippets, infrastructure approaches and workflow experience developed during a project in other projects.

10. Warranty and limitation of liability

PerformanSite aims to build fast, reliable, clean and professional digital assets. However, search engine ranking, being recommended by AI tools, increased sales, lead volume, conversion rate, or any specific commercial outcome is not guaranteed.

The algorithms, policies and technical behaviour of Google, AI tools, social media platforms, payment providers, hosting companies, browsers and other third-party systems are outside PerformanSite's control.

Performance, speed and visibility work may vary depending on the existing infrastructure, third-party scripts in use, hosting quality, content status and project scope.

Reviews produced through the AI Connector (PerformanSite Boost) are automated and for information only; the commentary is written by the user's own AI assistant. They do not replace a professional review, a quote or a guarantee.

11. Support period

The support period varies by package:

  • Landing Page: 15 days of technical fault support
  • Growth Website: 60 days of technical assurance
  • Brand Website: 180 days of full technical support
  • Systems & Platforms: determined by the scope proposal

The support period begins from the date of project delivery or going live.

Support covers technical faults in the delivered build, in-scope corrections, and usage support. New features, new pages, new integrations, design changes or out-of-scope requests are quoted separately.

12. Changes to these terms

PerformanSite may update the scope of services, payment model, delivery process and cancellation/refund terms as needed.

The current terms are published on performansite.com. For ongoing projects, the scope and payment terms approved in writing at the start of the project remain in effect.
