1. Data controller

2. Personal data collected

When you contact us through the website or fill in a diagnosis or quote request form, the following information may be processed:

• first and last name,
• email address,
• phone / WhatsApp number,
• company or brand name,
• website address,
• the service or package you are interested in,
• the content of your request, notes and messages,
• communication records related to calls and quotes.

This information is only processed if you share it with us.

3. Purposes of processing

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• responding to your enquiries,
• carrying out the free diagnosis, quote or scoping call process,
• providing information about the service you requested,
• clarifying project scope, pricing and the delivery process,
• tracking payment, service start and delivery processes,
• managing customer relations and support,
• fulfilling legal obligations and resolving disputes where necessary.

4. Collection method and legal basis

Your personal data may be collected electronically through website forms, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, social media messages or calls.

This data is processed to respond to your request, carry out pre-contractual steps, establish a service relationship, protect our legitimate interests, and fulfil legal obligations.

5. Cookies and analytics data

The website may use technically necessary cookies to support basic functionality and improve the visitor experience.

To understand site performance, visitor volume and page usage, anonymous or aggregated data may be processed with cookie-free analytics tools that do not identify individuals, such as Cloudflare Web Analytics. Third-party advertising cookies or behavioural ad-targeting cookies are not used.

If a different analytics or measurement tool is introduced, this notice or a separate cookie policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Sharing of personal data

Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with the following parties:

• email, form, hosting, domain, analytics and security infrastructure providers,
• payment infrastructure providers,
• technical support or specialist partners, where needed during a project,
• legally authorised public bodies and authorities.

The site's hosting, content delivery, security and database services are provided through service providers whose servers may be located outside Turkey (for example, Cloudflare). Data processed through forms or site use may therefore be transferred abroad in line with Article 9 of KVKK and the safeguards required by related legislation.

Information sent through the contact form (name, email, site address and note) is processed in two ways: the request is stored in a cloud database service whose servers may be located outside Turkey, and the same information is forwarded by email to hello@performansite.com through the FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) email forwarding service so that we can reply.

The PerformanSite Boost connector, which can be added to AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT, asks for no personal data and has no access to form records. The site address entered there is used only for that check and is not recorded by PerformanSite. Hosting and network infrastructure providers may keep their own technical logs. For the speed measurement, the address is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights. How your AI assistant processes data is governed by that provider's own privacy policy (for example Anthropic or OpenAI).

Your personal data is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes without your consent.

7. Retention period

Personal data related to enquiries and quote requests is retained for a reasonable period depending on the nature of the request.

Information submitted through the website contact form is stored in a secure database and kept for up to 24 months after the request is closed. In general, communication records and quote-related information are retained for up to 24 months after the matter is closed. If a service relationship is established, records relating to payment, contracts, delivery and legal obligations may be retained for the periods required by law.

At the end of the retention period, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.

8. Data security

Reasonable technical and administrative security measures are taken to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or unauthorised sharing.

Even so, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free. For this reason, you are advised not to share special category personal data or unnecessary sensitive information through forms or other communication channels.

9. Your rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller regarding your personal data to request information, learn the purpose of processing, request correction or deletion, learn the third parties it has been transferred to, and object to the processing, among other rights.
